So what should you do? Here are a few tips to help fight your flu like symptoms the natural way. 

Tip 1: Drink hot fluids to free nasal congestion
Tip 2: Dress warmly
Tip 3: Gargle with water to soothe a sore a throat
Tip 4: Rest as much as possible and avoid working out to allow your body to maintain its strength.
Tip 5: Take hot showers to open up nasal passageways
